It enriches our character with commitment, leadership, teamwork, sportsmanship, etc. In addition to boosting our stamina, it enhances our mental faculties as well. I am not against the notion of the gym. In fact, I believe employing its maneuver is as essential as playing a sport. What I don’t believe in is people’s thought process of resorting solely to Gym to attain an ideal physique. As a matter of fact, Gym and sports go hand in hand. Being healthy is a journey, not a destination. Therefore, we should play sports, do exercise and keep ourselves healthy for we get this life only once.
